This is a presentation website, with no forms and no cookies: we do not collect personal data through the site. Below we explain, point by point, what happens with your data when you visit the site or contact us — in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process, why, and on what legal basis
Visiting the site. On every visit, the servers that deliver the site automatically receive technical data: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use it solely to display the site, for security and to protect against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contacting us. The site has no contact, order or registration forms. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we use the details you give us (name, phone, email, the content of your message) to reply and prepare your quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Orders and invoicing. If you place an order, we process the data needed to fulfil it and to issue the legally required invoices. Legal basis: performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) — and our legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing.
Cookies
The site does not use cookies and does not store any information on your device.
Traffic statistics
No analytics script runs in your browser. We only use server-side aggregate statistics provided by Cloudflare, computed from the requests it receives (visits, countries, pages) — with no cookies and no identification of individual visitors.
Who we share data with
We work with a few providers that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting and delivery of the site; it sees the technical access data.
- Romarg SRL (Romania) — hosting of our @eleronprint.ro email; it processes messages sent to our address.
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — if you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through the WhatsApp service and is subject to its privacy policy.
- Accounting — data from our invoices goes to our accounting service, as required by law.
Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare and Meta are US companies. Both are certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework — the mechanism recognised by the European Commission for EU–US data transfers (checked on 30.09.2026 at dataprivacyframework.gov) — with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses applying as a fallback.
How long we keep data
- correspondence and quotes — for as long as needed to reply, and if an order follows, for the duration of the contractual relationship and any claims related to it;
- tax and accounting documents — for the periods required by Romanian tax and accounting law;
- technical access logs — short-term, according to the hosting provider's retention policy.
The map on this site
The map in the contact section is a static image hosted on our own site — displaying it sends no data to third parties. The “Open in Google Maps” button is an ordinary link: only if you click it do you go to Google's service, which is governed by its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us at eleroncom@eleronprint.ro and we will reply as soon as we can.
If you believe we have infringed your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP — www.dataprotection.ro.
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions and we do not profile visitors.
Security
The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS), so the traffic between you and the site is encrypted.
